Dave Rice

President

With a 35-year career in the technology industry, including roles at IBM, Comdisco, and GOALS Unlimited, Dave has leveraged his expertise in strategy, marketing, and sales to foster sustainable development.

His leadership extends to environmental advocacy, where he leads the Climate Team at the United Nations Association of Orange County, promoting awareness and action to address the climate crisis.

Dave's commitment to SDG 17- Partnerships for the Goals is deeply rooted in his understanding that collaboration is the key to advancing sustainability efforts by working across sectors and bi-partisan lines to create a stewardship on the implementation of the SDGs within our respective communities.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dave is the Founder and Commissioner of the West Coast Adult Soccer League, providing organized recreational soccer for 1,000 adult players in Orange County, promoting health and well-being in line with SDG 3- Good Health and Well-being.

Peter Kuo

Chief Executive Officer

Peter Kuo is a seasoned entrepreneur, business consultant, and venture capitalist based in California, with a diverse background spanning technology, insurance, and political engagement.

Emigrated from Taiwan in the early 1980's, his unique blend of multifaceted experience has honed his leadership acumen and the ability to navigate the complex intersection of business, technology, and sustainability across sectors and political affiliation.

Peter has served in various local positions as Vice Chairman of CAGOP-California Republican Party, as a Board Member of the Asian Pacific Americans for Trump and was the Regional Campaign Captain, Donald J. Trump for President in Northern California.

Nominated in 2016 as Congressional Candidate (CD17) and in 2014 as the Republican State Senate (SD10) he is deeply committed to community service and served as the President of the Regional Lions Clubs International and Rotary International - Silicon Valley Club.

Bettina Hausmann

Chief Operations Officer

With over 30 years of international work experience across sectors - renewable energy, biotechnology, defense industry, management consulting, and humanitarian assistance and sustainable development - Bettina's results-driven approach, her aptitude to enhance operational efficiency and forge strategic partnerships are at the core of her professional success.

Her ability to align business objectives with sustainable development goals ensures long-term, scalable impact, positioning the organization at the forefront of global sustainability solutions.

An innovative and energetic leader, Bettina's strong sense of community and understanding of the importance of collective memory, cultural conflict, and peace resulted from growing up in former East-Germany, behind the iron curtain.

In 2012, she participated at the historic U.N. Conference, Rio+20 that gave birth to the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a subject matter expert on the SDGs, Bettina collaborates with various stakeholders across sectors on localizing these ambitious global goals to achieve truly transformative, inclusive, and sustainable development outcomes.

Steve Bender

Steve's extensive professional background spans sectors and subject matters from sustainability, environmental advocacy, to strategic organizational development.

A passionate and visionary entrepreneur, his unwavering dedication to sustainable development and ability to bridge business objectives with the sustainability principles are a key driver for his local and international partnerships and collaborations.

Steve's local leadership is expansive as Founder and President, Rotary Club of Newport Beach; a Founding Director, U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce; and the President at Newport Bay Conservancy.

With a proven track record of strategic planning, policy influence, and business sustainability, Steve accelerates global corporate responsibility and sustainable impact ensuring that we "meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."
